Service Agreement

This contract is made between the Client and Clean Cans (hereafter known as the Contractor). The Client desires to have certain cleaning services, described below, and performed at the location listed on the payment page. The parties hereby agree as follows.

The client shall grant the Contractor access to the containers/area to be cleaned during regular business hours and other mutually agreeable times of the trash pickup day for the address. Note, if your scheduled day changes, it is the Client's responsibility to notify the Contractor at least 3 business days before your scheduled visit.

The client will have the agreed-upon containers at the curb by 7:00 am on the day of service.

Payment is due upon a signed agreement and will be charged 1 day prior to service or on the agreed day. The client may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice, any overpayments due will be sent by check via US Mail within 3 business days. A $10.00 late fee will be assessed on any account past due by 30 days. As a result of a dispute, parties agree to mediation and the Client is responsible for all processing, legal, and filing fees associated with the said dispute.

The Contractor is not responsible for any injuries or any damages due to normal wear and tear.

Container Cleaning consists of the cleaning of both trash and recycling cans, inside and out. Cleaning is done using high-pressure hot water with biodegradable detergents that are reclaimed. A nonallergenic disinfectant is applied once dried.

The contractor shall begin performing regular maintenance on the first available trash pickup day. Thereafter, regular maintenance shall be performed on a schedule to which the parties agree. A contractor will notify the Client within 3 business days of receiving the signed contract of the scheduled service date each month.
